Creamy Garlic Mayo Dip (Domino’s Inspired)
Based on the creamy garlic dip from Domino’s which I used to love and
made from a few simple ingredients, this dip can be whipped up in
minutes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp vegan worcester sauce
- 2 tsp garlic purée
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice or cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp chopped dill dried or fresh
- Pinch of salt & black pepper
- 4-6 tbsp water
Method
-
Add the mayonnaise to a small mixing bowl and give it a quick stir with a fork or a whisk to make sure it’s smooth.
-
Add the worcester sauce and the garlic. I really recommend using garlic
puree if you have it as it has a much softer taste but if not, either
boil or roast the cloves, peel the skins off and mash or chop finely. -
Stir in the dill (add less if you’re not a fan but don’t leave it out
completely), the lemon or cider vinegar for acidity and salt and pepper
to taste. -
If the texture is too thick, add a few teaspoons of water until it is the consistency you want.
-
Alternatively you can add all the ingredients, except the water, into a
blender, blend until smooth and then add the water to your liking. -
Enjoy using as a dip or drizzle over pizzas, burgers and salads as a sauce or dressing.
