Pear & Cinnamon White Hot Chocolate
- 75 g vegan white chocolate chopped - see notes
- 200 ml pear juice
- 250 ml non-dairy milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Add the chopped white chocolate (75g), pear juice (200ml), milk (250ml) and vanilla (1/4 tsp) to a pan and heat until everything melts, then stir together.
Add the cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and simmer on medium for 2-3 minutes until it has thickened slightly.
Serve warm in glasses and sprinkle some extra ground cinnamon on top.
The iChoc White Vanilla vegan chocolate is one of my favourites as it has a nice balance of flavours and isn't too sweet like other alternatives I've tried.
