Tomato Salsa

This quick and easy raw salsa is perfect for scooping up with tortilla chips

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 4 large vine tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion (finely minced)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • handful of fresh coriander (chopped)


Finely chop the tomatoes into very small chunks or blend in a mini chopper. Add the minced onion, garlic and coriander. Stir until well combined.

I recommend setting the salsa aside for around half an hour to let the flavours combine before serving. If you haven’t got the time then scrap that and tuck in!
