This quick and easy raw salsa is perfect for scooping up with tortilla chips
- ½ red onion roughly chopped
- 1 large garlic clove
- 4 large vine tomatoes quartered
- Handful of fresh coriander roughly chopped
- Pinch of salt
Add the red onion and garlic to a food processor and blend until minced.
Add the tomatoes, coriander and salt and blend again until they are both finely chopped.
Decant into a serving bowl and set aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
