Tomato Salsa

This quick and easy raw salsa is perfect for scooping up with tortilla chips

  • ½ red onion roughly chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 4 large vine tomatoes quartered
  • Handful of fresh coriander roughly chopped
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Add the red onion and garlic to a food processor and blend until minced.

  2. Add the tomatoes, coriander and salt and blend again until they are both finely chopped.

  3. Decant into a serving bowl and set aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
